The commissioning viewer accepted v16 on 29 October 2026. The published MP4 is the accepted export, without transcoding. All 10,950 output frames decoded; the 377 normalized narration words matched fresh transcription of the encoded mix. Measured audio: −16.01 LUFS, −4.51 dBTP.
All 42,038 reference frames and all 10,950 output frames were inspected in numbered thumbnail sheets, with selected native-resolution frames.
